Before Thanksgiving we began to look at all the wonderful things that journaling can do for you in your life.
Journaling benefits our physical health, neurological health, emotional and psychological health.
One easy way to become healthier emotionally is to begin to journal. When you regularly journal about what is going on with you emotionally, you can significantly improve your psychological well being.
In doing my research for my “Master Your Mind” books series, I discovered some amazing research results about the positive effects on your life when you journal regularly.
Journaling is one of the best way to hard wire your brain with the memories of the day. Remembering positive moments and your successes causes the same neurons in your brain that fired when it happened to fire again in the same way.
“Hebb’s Law”in Neuroscience tells us that, “Nerve cells that fire together wire together.”
By journaling your successes you double the positive effect of the success in your brain and in your life.
When you journal what’s on your heart, it helps you to process your emotions and significantly reduce your stress. You will feel happier and notice an overall improvement in your mood.
Here are some of the numerous emotional & psychological benefits researchers found for people who regularly journal:
Emotional & Psychological Benefits for people who regularly Journal:
