Journaling for Life

writingRecently my friend started a new blog. She was telling me about it at lunch the other day. She also began sharing that she felt the Lord wanted her to begin journaling. I was thrilled, as I knew the positive changes journaling would bring to her life. As I began to share some of the great things that can happen in your life when you journal, she encouraged me to share my research in my blog.

In doing my research for my “Master Your Mind” books series, I discovered some amazing research results about the positive effects on your life when you journal regularly.

Remembering positive moments and your successes causes the same neurons in your brain that fired when it happened to fire again in the same way.
